Climb the 215-step tower to see spectacular views over the town and surrounding district.
Built in 1914, the now iconic Water Tower in Hāwera was a defence against fires which had ravaged the town.
The tower is open daily, contact the South Taranaki i-site for access (121 High Street). A small entry fee applies.
