Take a splash with the family at Fitzroy Beach.
Fitzroy is a very popular New Plymouth beach, both for families swimming in summer and for locals walking their dogs along the sand in winter.
During summer months, the beach is patrolled by local surf lifesavers.
It also runs alongside a part of the New Plymouth Coastal Walkway.
