We are looking for a Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to oversee and execute diverse projects, from operational improvements to large-scale capital developments. The Role
As the Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer, you will be a pivotal contributor to high-value projects, working alongside a multidisciplinary team. You will:
Design & Implement Solutions: Lead instrumentation and controls project design, ensuring standards and best practices are met across controls, instrumentation, and electrical systems.
Drive Projects to Completion: Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, planning, design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Support Plant Operations: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements in equipment and processes.
Foster Safety & Compliance: Work within industry standards to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, supporting a designated Hazard Facility with top-tier safety requirements.

Required Experience
Technical Expertise: Significant experience in instrumentation and controls design and project management within a heavy industrial setting, ideally in petrochemical, oil & gas, or a similar field.
Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation.
Problem Solving & Initiative: A systematic approach to problem-solving and a proactive attitude in seeing projects through to completion.
Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
