With comprehensive training provided by our Branch Manager and guidance from regional senior leaders and team members, you'll be empowered to excel in this dynamic position.
Your Responsibilities:
Drive business development within a specific vertical.
Engage with clients by visiting their sites and understanding their needs.
Handle job orders and craft compelling job adverts.
Efficiently screen, onboard, and interview applicants and candidates.
Facilitate client-candidate interviews.
About You:
Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service industry.
Sales experience is an advantage.
Enthusiasm to thrive in an industry with substantial growth potential.
Ability to build and nurture lasting relationships.
Demonstrate agility and urgency in filling roles through effective communication.
