Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a passionate and holistic superstar to join our Taranaki team as Primary Care Pharmacist.
You will work with patients, whānau and their healthcare providers to deliver a clinical pharmacist service that improves medicines’ therapeutic effectiveness. If you are passionate about supporting individuals and whānau on their hauora journey, enhancing their capacity to take care of their own wellbeing, then this could be just the role for you!
As a key member of the primary care team, along with dietitians, diabetes specialists and social workers, you will be contributing to the collective team knowledge and support for the wellbeing of our community. In return for your professional skills and innovative outlook, we’ll provide you with an environment that allows you to professionally and personally flourish, and you’ll be joining our team of pharmacists across the Pinnacle Midlands Health Network who will provide collegial support.

He kōrero mōu: About you
NZ registered pharmacist holding a current annual practising certificate with no restrictions.
Hold a postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy or equivalent (preferable).
Have relevant clinical pharmacy experience.
Have a passion for improving patient health through evidence based best practice.
Have demonstrated knowledge and experience of Māori models of health and wellbeing.
Have a keen ability to develop and maintain key relationships within a multi-disciplinary team, external agencies and supports.
This is a full-time position, however part-time hours would be considered if you are the best fit for this position.
