Te Huinga/ The Gathering is a Pop-In Kai-for-Koha space in Waimanako/ The Hope Centre where everyone is welcome!

The idea is to make accessing support easy and anxiety-free.

It's here so that you can swing by for a delicious kai, great coffee, real fruit ice cream; and optionally, to chat to a peer support worker - basically a caring pair of listening ears; say if things are tough or going to custard for you or somebody that you know.

'The Gathering' comes under the Gathering settings for the Traffic Light System, and so is able to operate without requiring vaccine certificates to be presented. Under Orange, we can accommodate 50 people; 25 under Red (excluding Team Members). If you're coming along, please scan or sign in, and wear your mask.

To find us: head down the alley of the old Metro Plaza (33 Devon St West - opposite the Huatoki Plaza - head in past Subway)
