If you have always wanted to give Stand-Up-Paddle boarding a go, want to learn how to paddle board properly and effectively or want to learn the skills needed to start surfing on your paddle boarding, this course is for you.

The lesson is a hour session with a skilled instructor in a calm area (most likely Ngamotu beach if weather allows). We teach everything you need to know to become a skilled Stand-Up-Paddle boarder, from how to stand up on your board properly to how to perform skilled strokes, braces and turns. If interested we can also teach how you would effectively catch a wave on your board, with detail on footing and weight distribution. This course is suitable for all skill levels so, even if you have paddle boarded before, we can tailor the course accordingly so you will still go home having learnt something new.
