We are small scale market garden growing award winning produce + direct marketing it into excellent local restaurants + retail stores in New Plymouth, Taranaki.
Roebuck Farm has become a world renowned small scale market garden with strong connections to the movement here + abroad. We are advocates for locally grown produce being easily accessible + sold in places of high consumption like supermarkets, restaurants + retail stores.
Meeting at art school, both Jodi + Tanya have followed the footsteps of their families as creatives + entrepreneurial business owners, they celebrate the relationships formed through strong ethics in sustainable food systems + local business collaboration.
As an early adopter in the regenerative agriculture space Roebuck Farm attracts farmers seeking knowledge in improving their production and bottom line. Through on-farm workshops they train 150+ growers each year.
Jodi is a regenerative agriculture consultant using lean principles + efficient design systems in sustainable food production designing farms throughout New Zealand. The Roebuck Fork which Jodi designed in collaboration with Carac Engineering fills the gap in quality tools available for the small scale movement.
