Senior Business Analysts

If you’re looking at all the traditional adverts and they don’t quite tick all your boxes, keep reading!
If you like what you see click apply – we’d like to hear from you.

We’re looking for talented senior business analysts who are living in Taranaki or are willing to move here.

We have some questions for you:

do you like working alongside customers to help them answer the ‘why’ questions?
do you want to be part of a business that has a real focus on your growth and development – via a $5000 training budget and 5 training leave days per year that YOU manage?
do you like managing your own time, with a mix of working from the comfort of your home and customer site?
do you take comfort in having a supportive team of people behind you, who get the demands of being a consultant?
do you want to enjoy the Taranaki lifestyle in New Plymouth – rated the world’s most live able city for its size in 2021?
Do you want to help build the reputation of our business as well as contribute to its development?

We’re looking for people:

who have held positions with the title of Business Analyst and have plenty of experience in this space
whose superpower is curiosity
that are experienced, who have “been there and done that” and can translate that into “good learnings” to help their team mates and customers
who get customers where they need to be by knowing the right questions to ask and when to ask them?
people who have a toolbox full of industry best practices, common sense, and great people skills – and a huge stack of Post It notes

Generalists - you can work anywhere:

We need experienced business analysts who are agents of change. You will be great at:

taking customers on the journey with you – you’ll help them understand where they need to go and how they can reach the end goal
understanding what customers want, based on what they say and don’t say
gathering information and driving conversations – using methods like running workshops and holding interviews
finding solutions that fit the requirements, business culture, and environment
making sense out of information – figuring out the jigsaw puzzle
building relationships
