Qualifications & experience

5+ year experience in a similar role
MS Office savvy
Experience with Fergus/Xero preferred
Excellent customer service and organisational skills
Tasks & responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, supply management, and communication with staff and customers.
First contact for client inquiries, provide service information, schedule appointments, and follow up on customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with technicians and subcontractors to ensure projects are scheduled and completed on time.
Manage social media accounts for the business.
