THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team due to our current Marketing Co-ordinator heading overseas. We are looking for an individual who is creative, proactive, organised, approachable, a great communicator and who is looking to develop their career with marketing, design and event management.

The purpose of the role is to effectively manage our marketing to enhance the BDO brand & assist with Business Development. You will be responsible for the implementation of daily marketing activities including the delivery of marketing material both internally and externally on projects, campaigns and events, and National marketing initiatives.

You will report to the local Marketing committee (may include principals and accounting/admin team members). The role will include delivery and implementation our BDO Taranaki Marketing plan and you will also have the opportunity to work with the BDO National Marketing team to deliver national marketing initiatives.

The successful candidate will need:
2 – 5 years’ experience with a qualification in marketing
Skills to develop and implement a Marketing Plan
Experience in planning and executing campaigns and events
Ability to communicate & collaborate and build relationships across a diverse range of people
Be able to support Business growth and development through targeted initiatives and partnering with key stakeholders
Establish an understanding of our clients and the services we provide to enable targeted campaigns to drive business development
Digital marketing experience
Creative and innovative ideas
Energy, passion and ability to use their initiative
Flexibility in working hours when required for events
Strong verbal and written communication skills
