We’re looking for an Graduate Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge technology and sustainable solutions to join a growing agritech start-up revolutionising the agri industry.
The Role:
This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, high-achieving individual to make a significant impact in a start-up environment. The role is broad and will be tailored to your strengths and experience, but at its core, you will contribute to:
Product R&D Testing and Design: Help develop and refine cutting-edge products through rigorous testing and innovative design.
Building and Installing Equipment: Get hands-on with the assembly, installation, and optimization of equipment.
Manufacturing Systems and Process Development: Drive efficiency and quality by developing and improving manufacturing systems and processes.
Project and Operations Management: Take ownership of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Experience required:
Bachelors degree in engineering (ideally Mechanical or similar fields)
Willingness to learn
Ability to demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of the manufacturing and hardware space
Hand on skills - ability to use tool and equipment for prototyping, testing etc.
